Our story began over 25 years ago when we opened our charming restaurant with a vision to bring a new dimension to restaurants in the area and elevate traditional Spanish cuisine.

Villa Castillo restaurant opening was a family dream come true. Our family has lived in DR for generations and finally opened our own restaurant.
